It is essential that individuals who join and stay with our company feel welcomed and valued, experience positive behaviors from their colleagues, and have the chance to grow and achieve their goals. However, this doesn’t happen by chance – we all must work together to create this environment. We accomplish this by identifying and eliminating barriers, creating pathways for advancement, and engaging hearts and minds across the organisation.

Last year, we overhauled our UK recruitment practices to attract a more diverse pool of candidates and ensure a fair, inclusive, and objective selection process. This year, we plan to roll out Inclusive Culture training throughout the business and launch an Inclusion & Diversity community group.

Physical and Mental Health

Our goal is to create a positive, healthy, and productive work environment that supports the wellbeing of our colleagues. We offer a variety of benefits, including our Wellbeing Centre, confidential counselling and legal services, and private medical care, to help support them. We actively promote the benefits available to colleagues, ensuring they are aware of what’s most relevant to them. We encourage a healthy lifestyle to help prevent illness and provide support through resources such as mental health first aiders and BUPA, offering assistance to colleagues when they need it.
